National 7hr USPAP Update Course

The National 7 Hour USPAP Update Course is a one day course that is intended to help appraisers stay current and understand the changes made in the current edition of USPAP. The course will also provide information to students on the scope of work, misunderstood aspects of USPAP, the structure of USPAP, when USPAP applies, common USPAP errors, and issues on public trust and appraisal standards. The materials that will be covered in this course assume that participants have successfully completed the 15 hour USPAP course.

We are in the process of getting approval to offer the National 7 Hour USPAP Update Course online for continuing education credit in North Carolina. We anticipate approval very soon - and will post a link here and at other places on our Website as soon as approval is granted.
